I left the ER to change that conversation. Today I help high-performing women in their 40s and 50s build the biological foundation for a long life that actually feels worth living, not just long.

In 2018, after 10 years in emergency medicine, I made a decision.
I had the clinical knowledge. But I could see the gap between what medicine treats and what people actually need to thrive. So I went deeper.
